Minnie May is the resident explosives expert. Her real name is May Hopkins, age 17.

May can put a bomb in anything, and conversely, can sniff out and defuse just about any hidden bomb. She usually carries a variety of almost a dozen grenades and explosives in her jacket and shoes, and seems to be eager for any excuse to use them.

May learned her trade from Ken Taki (a.k.a. Takizawa) an infamous bomb maker who was often called on by the mob, but who has gone straight.
