Najica (female perfumier/secret agent) – Najica is the heroine of our series. Najica is a part time perfumier (perfume creator) and a part time Agent for C.R.I. She is cool, calm and collect. Najica always works alone and is notorious for never failing any of her secret missions. Lila (female humeritt)- Lila is rescued by Najica in the first episode and soon becomes her new partner. Lila is a humeritt,a human cyborg with none of the human limitations. Lila is extremely obedient to Najica. She on occasion lacks the life experience to properly adapt to her missions.

Story.
As one of the world’s top perfume designers, Najica Hiiragi works with her trusty assistant Kirala to develop the Day Series perfumes for CRI Cosmetics. When not jet-setting around the world, Najica tools around neo-Tokyo in a bright red convertible. Men love her. Women want to be her. But Najica has another job, one that few ever see: Secret agent for the CRI intelligence organisation.

Her boss is the cool, calculating Majima, and she gets field support from the lecherous, but technology-savvy, Gento. Najica’s life gets complicated when she rescues a young girl, Lila, from the clutches of a depraved socialite and her machine-gun wielding maids. But Lila is no ordinary girl; she’s a Humaritt, an android, and she is Najica’s new partner! Together, Najica and Lila thwart a mob hit on the daughter of a judge, defeat an international playboy with a penchant for satellite weaponry, and discover the real reason teenage pop idols are so darn popular!

Opinion.
This series is filled with action and sassyness, and so many panty shots that you could probably design a drinking game around them. The use of underwear is a big talking point because most of the time the shots are not gratuitous. The outfits worn by the girls are the same as you could find in the highstreet, the difference is that you do not view girls from a camera 2 feet from the ground. Moving away from the panty issue, the anime itself is of the highest quality. The DVD transfer is crisp and the sfx is suitably effective. I like Najica Blitz tactics because it is exciteable easy anime viewing, along the same lines as Gunsmith cats, and maybe even Noir.
