Moonlit tea party

The elusive Soldats surprise noir by asking them to meet with a representative for reasons unknown. After their first meeting is cut short the representative falls foul of the mysterious assassin called Chloe, acting under orders from Altena. Things take a turn for the bizarre when Chloe turns up at Mireille's doorstep for a nice cup of tea...

Chloe is for all extents and purposes the real 'noir', however her interaction with Kirika surprises Mireille and the audience. Finally we are beginning to understand just what Kirika is, and that is without us seeing the same flash back every episode!
