Alex

A retired soldier living in Manhattan with his father's old friend Tom and Tom's daughter Patricia. He has not seen his parents since he moved out as a teenager. Brusque, straightforward in manner, his taciturnity often gets him into trouble, but essentially, he's not the sort of a person that earns lasting hatred.

Despite his size, this brawler can move with amazing speed to get in close and pummel the opponent with punches and execute powerful throws. When Tom is badly beaten by a mysterious challenger(Gill),Alex seeks revenge.

Dudley

A heavyweight boxer,who can fight in close or at arm's length. A perfectionist, this fighter seeks elegance and perfect fighting style.

This Englishman is the son of a celebrated athlete and businessman and knew no financial hardships growing up. When his father's business failed in his university years, Dudley stepped into the ring to earn back everything his father had lost.

Armed with smoking punches expected of a heavyweight as well as weaker punches designed to keep opponents at bay, special techniques may have to be developed for this character.

Elena

This African beauty seems to enjoy fighting and being close to nature.

Elena fights with rhythm that she senses through the Earth.

Ibuki

Ibuki is related to Street Fighter veteran Geki. She is a shinobi and is out to prove herself to her family and friends.

Ibuki believes that she can juggle both the life that she wants and the life that she has inherited.

Ken

Having studied under the same master, Ken and Ryu respectively hail each other as lifelong rivals. Known to have less finesse, but greater power than his friend, the blond haired fighter is back in his customary red get-up.

Ken now lives on the California coast with his wife and three-year old son, Mel. Although domestic commitments keep him busy, he has been given permission by his wife to take part in any fighting tournament with Ryu. Ken's style is seemingly reckless but never to be underestimated.

Necro

A Russian experiment. Necro has the ability to stretch is limbs and conduct electricity and uses both of these techniques in his fighting style.

He has one goal, and that is to beat all the Street Fighters, what happens when this is accomplishmed is not know.

Oro

Ancient fighter who fights with one arm, and has the other tied. He is after someone to teach his fighting techniques to, so that when he dies his legacy will live on.

Ryu

With his lifelong rival now happily married (Ken has become even less readily available since the arrival of his son), Ryu has become even more desperate in his quest for a strong fighter.

Ryu's style is solid and intense, unlike his friend and rival Ken's style which is flashy.How will his tried and tested techniques fare against the new opponents?

Sean

Student of Ken. Sean has adapted Ken's teachings and has mastered some of the more complicated moves.

Sean is still inexperience and is unable to find enough power to make himself a worthy opponent.

Yun

Yun the eldest of two brothers, is described as attacking like the fleet wind. Yun is the more responsible of the two, a born leader. He can be very impulsive though.

Yang

Whereas his brother relies on dashing techniques, Yang prefers to drag his opponents towards him before he attacks.

Hugo

After his resignation from the MAD GEAR gang, Hugo went back to his homeland.

Hugo is massive, he dwarfs all the other fighters. his chosen discipline is wrestling. Hugo is joined here by his lover Poison.

Urien

A clone of Gill. Urien believes that he is the strongest, and is intent on proving it.

Akuma

Akuma returns searching for the strongest fighters from around the world.

If a fighter does manage to defeat him, they may well find themselves fighting Shin Akuma.

Chun Li

After saving a young child from the aftermath of a street fight, Chun Li realises that she must travel to find this 'Gill' and make the world a safer place for children.

Remy

Remy is fighting for his family values. He is a charge base character and rumours of him being the illegimate child of Guile or Charlie are yet to be proved.

Remy is the first Street Fighter to represent France!

Makoto

Makoto is a karate student who trains at her fathers dojo. She remains undefeated and decides to travel the world to test her skills against the other well known fighters that she has heard about.

Twelve

Necro has gone AWOL, and Twelve has sent in to reclaim him. Twelve is the next generation of Necro model, and is able to alter its body mass to copy the fighters that it is fighting.

Q

Q has no bio.

What is known is; he is wanted by the C.I.A. and has been seen monitoring street fighters all around the world.

Street Fighter 2 fans will recognise him from Kens background.

Q appears as a secret challenge if you perform well.
