Super Street Fighter 2 X allows you to play the original versions of the cast.
I.e. with no landing from throughs and certain moves inflicting more damage and of course no super bars.
To choose the SSF2 version of a character, you must choose them with jab, then, while tapping jab, shake the stick:
up and down
for Honda, Chun-Li, Guile, Dhalsim, Cammy, Sagat, and Vega(Bison)
or left and right
for Ryu, Ken, Blanka, Zangief, T-Hawk, Bison(Balrog), Fei Long, and Balrog(Vega)
To fight against Gouki simply play through the game not using any continues, try to get at least 5 super combo finishes. If you lose a round, more often than not you will still meet Gouki. To beat him, simply time you super move to execute just as he fires his hadou at you. The super will go through his hadou and inflict major damage. If you beat Gouki you will be rewarded with a large picture of him as in the titles with him in his ready pose.
Key:
Forward is the direction your character is facing; back is the direction opposite.
qcf - quarter-circle forward (d, df, f)
qcb - quarter-circle backward (d, db, b)
dp - dragon-punch motion (f, d, df)
rdp - reverse dragon-punch motion (b, d, db)
hcf - half-circle forwards (b, db, d, df, f)
hcb - half-circle backwards (f, df, d, db, b)
